Cancellations and refunds
Cancel 7 or more days before your pickup and we'll refund 100% of your deposit, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancel between 3 and 7 days out and we'll refund 50%. Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable, but we'll work with you on a credit toward a future rental if there's a real reason.
We don't refund for weather unless we cancel the rental on our end (unsafe lake conditions, closed trails, etc.). In that case you'll get a full refund or a date swap — your call.
